Friends, join us for this month's Flow Motion yoga and brunch, this time hosted on our friend Kyle's charming terrace in Williamsburg. We'll have a transformative Hatha Yoga session, integrating sound and movement, led by Yuj Archetype, a subtle energetics artist, somatic alchemist, musician, and movement artist. Followed by a delicious brunch prepared by Chef Julien Castillo.Ā

Spend the Sunday afternoon with us decompressing after the busy weekend with delicious food and good company.Ā 

We'll have doors open at 1p, followed by class at 2p then the brunch from 3p-5p.Ā
