There’s also a massive walk in closet nearly the size of the room itself, which is also big enough to fit a small desk. The apartment has a large living/dining area and access to a roof with great views. Most importantly, it’s located in the most quintessential neighborhood in Manhattan, and within a 10-15 minute walk of all the best bars and restaurants the city has to offer. A 5 minute walk from the F/M/J/Z, 15 minute walk from the 6 or L. It’s on the second floor of a walk up building. Comes with access to large rooftop. The place also has an artificial jungle. Roommates are two guys in tech in late 20’s. We throw parties and gatherings every now and then and looking for someone with similar vibes, who’s down to be friends with the current roommates.
